Praise Reports

God answers prayer. Sometimes He says yes. Sometimes He says later. Sometimes He says, “I’ve got something better in mind.” And sometimes he says, “You’ve got to be kidding me!”

Here is an example:

For BB: Thanks and praise to God for the successful surgery for BB this week! It was a complete success, and B is now back home in the loving care of family and friends. That you for all your prayers. It really made a difference! Jesus, we trust in You!!

For Skip Purdy – released from the prison of Alzheimer’s in May 2018.

IDC – after an amazing battle with a very aggressive breast cancer that even attacked her brain, this Prayer Warrior is cancer free!

AD – Also freed from the ravages of breast cancer! December 2, 2018 is VICTORY DAY!

AL-G – Diagnosed with breast cancer. HAD NO HEALTH INSURANCE AFTER LOSING HER JOB. PRAISE REPORT: THIS DEAR SERVANT OF GOD IS WELL AND CANCER FREE! SHE, WITH ALL OF THE MBN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS!

From the mother of RL (See Intercessory Prayer List):

So I got some REALLY GOOD NEWS from RL this morning. She has to finish her last 3 treatments here then the beginning of May she goes to MD Anderson for a consult and to get a game plan and the doctor said he can guarantee that she will be cancer free by JULY with NO SURGERY and she won’t need the heart surgery because he’s also a lupus specialist. To say I’m overjoyed is an understatement. I’m so thankful for all the prayers and good vibes. Keep them coming because partners, they are working!!!!

My father-in law’s birthday is today and the doctors are now very hopeful. He walked with a walker and said a few words yesterday. The internal wound has stop bleeding and they are now able to treat him for the blood clots. Praise God! My deepest gratitude and thanks for all prayers received. Love, sister in Christ, DG

    Dear Family and Friends,

All went well with the surgery yesterday June 18th at Northwestern Hospital.

The doctors were able to remove all of the tumor from my bladder.

The results of the study of the tumor will take up to a week’s time.

Any further needed treatment will be determined at that time.

I returned home yesterday after a fourteen hour

hospital stay – Prep, Surgery and Recovery.

I was sent home with a catheter and a bag on my leg for a few days.

Many thanks for all your prayers, loving support and positive energy

This past week my brother, John, began his recuperation form yet another abdominal surgery. While the reason for the surgery was a bit of a set-back, the results seem to be very positive. The wound is healing, the doctors and John are cautiously optimistic, and all seems to be going well. The thank and praise God for the constant help He has given to John and his amazing wife, Dixie.

  5. Chick says:

from John’s wife: Happy to say it went just as expected. He will have a wound vac from KCI starting Tues. Turns out it was old mesh got all balled up in that lower quarter, got it out BEFORE it had a chance to do any damage to his intestines. All 3 wounds on top of his stomach have healed completely closed so now we just have to get this area to heal and see where we go from there. Thank you for all your prayers its such a comfort to know that. .I will send updates as they happen. Love to you all, Dixie .

After double knee replacement surgery on 1-31, my husband is making good progress with rehab. He has walked 130′, done a couple of stairs. More importantly, is begining to see connection between exercise and health. That is a huge praise God. Continue to pray for his awareness of caring for his health, diet, exercise, and continued improvement.
